We do not represent ourselves as an authorize distributor of the brands as shown on our website.  We simply purchase our inventory from wholesalers and liquidators.

When an ordered item is out of stock you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to make another selection or receive a refund. Usually, if a response is not received withing 3 business days, a refund will be issued.

Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to sale@airjordandepot.com . We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for processing and shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy.

Shipping and Return Policy

Here at airjordandepot.com we will do our best to complete your order without any complications. If we make a mistake with your order by sending you the wrong merchandise or size, you can send it back to us within 7 days; we will send you your correct merchandise. You must e-mail us as soon as you receive the merchandise. We will then e-mail you a Return Form. You will be responsible for completing and sending the Return Form back to us along with the merchandise. The merchandise must be in brand new condition. Unfortunately, we cannot ship out the new merchandise until we have received the original merchandise from you. If further problems occur with your order, please e-mail us to discuss the issue further. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or if the tags have been removed. Please be aware that we do not cover shipping charges on an item that is sent back to us.

Shoes will be delivered via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Please allow approximately 7-14 business days to receive your merchandise. All packages must be signed for. If no one is home, your local post office will hold your package for only a few days. If you DO NOT claim your package in a timely matter, your package will be returned to sender. airjordandepot.com is not responsible for packages not claimed and returned to us. We provide Tracking/Confirmation numbers for that reason. You are responsible for claiming your package from your local post office,if no one is home to sign for the package.

airjordandepot.com DOES NOT accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:

Slight difference in color. Lighting of the picture may make the item appear a different shade of color
Item does not fit even if you recieved the correct size
Customer does not want or like the shoe or apparel
Package is returned back to our supplier because customer did not pick up/sign for the item

Customer recieves the completely wrong item/style/color
Customer recieves a different size than ordered
Item is out of stock
